Decalogue of Service

1. Relaxed mornings - nothing rushed. Our dive boats depart at 9am and/or even more flexible as may be requested by divers.
2. Upon request, certified divers will receive, prior to their first "splash" of their season, a 3 minute oral review on scuba skills and safety tips.
3. We strive to accommodate levels of comfort of our divers on board, taking into account the individual level of scuba/snorkel experience and if sensitive to the sea conditions out there.
4. We follow strict hygienic and sanitation procedures with our rental masks and snorkels, and with our scuba regulators.
5. Our dive boats and our professional crew are available for private charters that are fully customized to our guest's expectations and preferences.
6. Our Dive Shop at the Secret Harbour Beach Resort enjoys a privileged location for quick access to 40+ dive sites both over the Caribbean Sea and over the Atlantic Ocean.
7. After the boat trips our dive guests receive complementary use of beach chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the rest of the day at our most charming beach of Secret Harbour
8. We love working with kids and teenagers and introduce them to the underwater world and to the sport of scuba. We do carry scuba gear in children's sizes (including small tanks). Minimum age 8 years old.
9. Complimentary drinking water and fruit cuts are offered on our dive trips. Still an assortment of beverages and snacks are also available for purchase at our dive shop.
10. We offer to our divers an automatic 15% discount on gear sales and on Aqua Action branded apparel.
